The Tiger Group, established in 1977, has interests in properties, contracting, industrial production, commerce, travel, hotels, and education. The group’s main focus is in real estate where it has completed or is in the process of developing over 200 projects consisting of 23,000 units covering a built up area of 79 million square feet. Tiger Group companies include Tiger Contracting, Tiger International General Contracting, Tiger Properties, Tiger Industries, Al Durah Contracting, Al Durah Foundation, AlWaleed Commerce, DubaiLink Tours, Dana Hotel Management, Samaya Hotels & Resorts. Tiger first emerged in the United Arab Emirates as a contracting company based in Sharjah. The Group’s Chairman, Mr. Walid M.
